Sua Arte Payment Gateway Vendor Configuration

Sua Arte use Stripe Connect API to process all the credit cards transaction and process the payments to the vendors.

This are the steps all the vendors need to complete to get paid by Sua Arte.

  1. From the Dashboard go to Store Settings.
  2. Select Billing.
  3. In the drop down, select Stripe Connect.
  4. Press Connect with Stripe.
  5. You will be redirected to Stripe Connect form.
  6. In country leave United States.
  7. Write a full description of your Business.
  8. In Business website – write your Sua Arte Store direction (    https://www.suaarte.com/vendor/YOURSHOPNAME/    )
  9. Select you type of business.
  10. Employer identification number is OPTIONAL
  11. Write your full business address.
  12. Enter you legal name.
  13. Enter your date of birth in format mm/dd/yyyy
  14. Enter your last 4 digits of social security number.
  15. Enter your home address / business if the same
  16. Enter customer support phone number / your phone number.
  17. Enter your Bank Routing Number.
  18. Enter your Bank Account Number
  19. Confirm Bank Account Number.
  20. Enter e-mail address and Password for Stripe Account.
  21. Press Authorize access to this account.
  22. You will be redirected to Sua Arte website.
  23. Verify that the blue button on billing section said Disconnect Stripe Account (This means that your account/store is connected with Stripe Payment Gateway.
  24. Finally Press Save Options.

Now your store is ready for receive payments from Sua Arte.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All this information is processed by Stripe Company. Sua Arte don’t store any of this information in his system.

How to work with product variations

First, what is a product variation?

A product variation is a product that have more than one characteristic like: sizes, colors, and those characteristics may have different prices.

Steps to create a variable product in Sua Arte.

  1. Go to Product Manager in the dashboard and select — Add Product.
  2. In product type select Variable.
  3. Title – The name of the product.
  4. In Short Description section – write a real short description. That will go down the name of the product in the store.
  5. In Description section – Here you can write all the description of the product.
  6. Feature Image and Gallery – Here you can upload all the pictures representing the product.
  7. Category & Tags – Here you need to select the best category that represent your product.
  8. Inventory – You can leave this blank an enter the information in each variable product.
  9. Shipping – You can leave this blank an enter the information in each variable product.
  10. Taxes – Identify if the item is taxable or not.
  11. Tax Class – Select the tax class for the item.
    1. Standard = 11.5%
    2. Municipal Tax = 1.0%
    3. State Tax = 10.5%
    4. Zero Tax = No tax.
  12. Attributes – Here is where you configure all the attributes (remember separate each value with | simbol ).  NOTE: Mark Use as Variaton.
  13. Variations – In this section you need to follow this  steps:
    1. Default Form Values: Recommended leave the default option.
    2. Variation Options: Recommended leave the default option.
    3. Variations: Here you need to select each variation and configure them.
      1. Select the variation.
      2. To activate this variation mark Enable.
      3. Image – You can upload an image for this variation (optional).
      4. Regular Price – Enter product price.
      5. If you want to manage stock, mark Manage Stock and enter corresponding information.
      6. Weight – OK this part is really IMPORTANT. Sua Arte use USPS Priority Mail tables for shipping rates. All rates are calculated by weights(lbs).  You need to calculate the weights of the item with his packaging and place the final weight in this section. You can see the USPS Priority Table Rates here.
      7. Shipping Class  – Recommended (same as parent) to use the principal shipping classes of Sua Arte.
      8. Tax class – You can leave this default if you configured in the Tax options before (steps 10 and 11)
  14. Advanced – Here you can select if you permit the sellers to place a review of the item.
    1. Purchase Note – Here you can place any special note for this item like: time to manufacture, packaging instructions, time for shipment etc.
  15. Finally press submit in the upper right corner.

¿Cómo ser parte de Sua Arte?

Aquí están los 5 pasos básicos para comenzar a vender en Sua Arte:

  1. Debe registrar su tienda en Sua Arte.
  2. Una vez que se registra, el administrador del sistema de Sua Arte debe verificar su información y proceder a autorizar su cuenta. Esto es necesario para establecer un control y estabilidad del sistema. Si el administrador del sistema necesita más información, se pondrá en contacto con usted.
  3. Ahora que está autorizado como vendedor, tendrá acceso a Sua Arte Dashboard (control central de su tienda).

      4. Ahora tendrá el control total de su tienda. En el “Dashboard” podrá:

  • Ver toda la actividad de sus ventas.
  • Modificar la configuración de su tienda.
  • Administrar sus productos.
  • Crear cupones de descuento.
  • Ver e imprimir estadísticas e informes.
  • Ver y administrar pedidos.
  • Ver pagos.
  • Administrar el personal autorizado de su tienda.

How to be part of Sua Arte?

Hi. First of all, I would like to Thank You to be here.

Here are the 5 basic steps to start selling in Sua Arte:

  1. You need  to register as a vendor in Sua Arte.
  2. Once you register, system administrator of Sua Arte need to verify your information and proceed to authorize your account. This is needed to establish a control and stability of the system. If the system administrator need more information, it will contact you.
  3. Now that you are authorized as a vendor, you will have access to Sua Arte Dashboard (Central control of your store).

4. Now you will have full control of your store. In the Dashboard you can:

See all the activity of your sells.

Modify store settings.

Manage your products.

Create discount coupons.

See and print stats and reports.

View and manage orders.

View payments.

Manage your store staff.

5. Now all you need to do is create items and Start Selling.

How to work with simple products

Steps to create a simple product in Sua Arte.

  1. Go to Product Manager in the dashboard and select — Add Product.

  4. Price($) – Price of the product
  5.  In Short Description section – write a real short description. That will go down the name of the product in the store.
  6. In Description section – Here you can write all the description of the product.

  8. Category & Tags – Here you need to select the best category that represent your product.

NOTE: Every product submitted by the vendors, need to be evaluated by Sua Arte Admins. This is for quality and integrity of the site and rules of the Terms and Conditions.

How to navigate in Sua Arte Dashboard

How to register as a vendor in Sua Arte

To register as a vendor in Sua Arte Marketplace, you need to make this simple steps:

  1. Go to Vendor Registration
  2. In the Username* – Enter  the name of your store. (This can be changed later).
  3. Email Address* – Enter a valid e-mail address. Accounts with invalid e-mail address will be automatically deleted.
  4. Password* – Enter a medium or strong password.

*  Mandatory Fields.
